COMMUNICATION & MEETING POINT Since this is a fully customized tour, we will reach out to you via email shortly after your booking is confirmed to discuss your interests and build your itinerary. The meeting point will be decided based on your final route. WHAT IS INCLUDED / NOT INCLUDED ・Included: All standard local rail and subway transportation during the tour. ・Not Included: Food and drinks, admission fees (e.g., for cafes, exhibitions, or observation decks), taxi fares, and personal shopping expenses. WEATHER Operates rain or shine; severe weather (such as typhoons) may lead to cancellation. Please see the cancellation policy below for details. PACE & ACCESSIBILITY We’ll adjust the pace to match your preferences. We can also arrange a fully accessible, wheelchair-friendly route upon request. PHOTOGRAPHY You’re welcome to take photos throughout the journey. CANCELLATION POLICY ・You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund. ・Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable. ・In the event of severe weather (e.g., typhoons), suspension of train operations, or circumstances on our side that prevent the tour from being held safely, we will cancel the tour and issue a full refund—even if such conditions arise within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
